This is all I have found on BJRI so far for today:
Link to SeekingAlpha Article
Bearish Flow
BJ's Restaurants (BJRI) is seeing unusual activity. Shares have been under pressure throughout the session and were recently down 91 cents to $15.43. Meanwhile, options activity picked up to 64X the average daily and most of the activity is concentrated in the Nov 15 puts. 4160 traded, with two thirds hitting ask-side and open interest of only 10 contracts. ISEE data confirm that customers are buying to open and BJRI implied volatility is up to 48, from about 45 late Monday. No headlines to explain the bearish flow.
Being ignorant of options, what does this portend for this stock?
ADDED: Stock is up 1.43% ($0.22) after hours.

AIPC no longer part of the IBD watchlists - currently only rated at 45. That doesn't mean it won't be profitable, though.
Please make sure you are using the most recent watchlists (updated on the first post of this thread).

Kevin,
Could be non enforced insider trading as earnings should be out in October. Or it could be a pullback from people hedging positions with buying puts at 15 and 16. I would wait until tomorrow. However since the second quarter saw revs increase 17% and they just opened 2 new stores I wonder if the earnings for 3Q might not hit estimates and we see a strong finish in 4Q.

Lebowski:
Good thoughts - I'm in on this one tomorrow anyway, as that is what the system requires. I just like to do whatever DD I can prior to pulling the trigger.

LINC - in at $2.74 on 8/26 (currently +12.56%)
MANT - in at $2.74 on 8/26 (currently -5.06%)
MANT closed at 48.42 today. I think you made a typo.

Two typos actually ... I'll fix them now. Thanks for the catch!

Kevin:
I'm sure you checked on this also. Looks to me that there has been nothing but insider sellling going back last 6 months sold 10% of what they held they held 6.9 million as of Aug 28 and sold 837,456. Institutions also sold in the last quarter 18.7% of what they held or 3,480,000 shrs. I think something is going on here and it will soon be out for all to read. The system did work accordingly, which is great, however there will be times when something other then the normal pullback within the BB's will cause a stock to fall.
With all that insider selling and now these puts coming to surface I'd feel better waiting for some news of some sort.
Trade safe,
Gabe

I put in a market order for BJRI at the open (will be in meetings most of the day). Trading at 15.58 AH, but I would guess it might open a little lower.
