Running crazy? Dollar is at 76.152 right now (10:33 AM) up only 0.08%. I think everyone is just biding time until the Fed announcements at 2 PM.

OK. USDCAD up 0.41% right now, but that's mostly on CAD weakness.
USD up only 0.17% right now. That's because of the crude supply data this morning.
