big boys weren't rushing in to buy the dip, will probably wait for a bigger dip or news driven event to accept these higher prices.

IWM....LBR is telling you the momo is down on daily. Price is at strong support ema(125). Now the question is which direction will you trade or do you sit it out and see what the market does.
