You can't. Which is the point we are both making here. Obviously unless you had a time machine you could never know where the low is until the day is done.
Why not simply say "buy at the day's low and sell at the next day's high?" That would be about as easy to do as what you are indicating.

I asked because I read in the Summary for this sharedlist:
Pull back from low in a few days. Swing trade. Buy the stocks 1% above low of the day...

To get a good entry point to determine use a 1, 5 and 15 minutes chart.
And watch the money flow indicators and the positive volume should rise.

The filter is also adjusted during trading hours, so check back regularly.
