Where is the best web site to find out what Industries are moving up? Can you build a filter for this at SF?

I don't know of a SF filter, but this site is good for industry movement:

Industry U.S. Markets Only

I also monitor indexes and have collected individual stocks using SF for my trading platform symbol list.
Many times if an index goes up "all" the individual stocks go up too.

Examples:

Airline Index - $XAL
Gold and Silver Index - $XAU
Natural Gas Index - $XNG
Oil and Gas Index - $XOI
Semiconductor Sector Index - $SOX
