AAPL broke down to as low as 92.82 but has since resisted the bearish claws and stood its ground. I'll give it 10 more minutes before closing shop.

All in all, I made a tidy profit, lol. I hope you had a fruitful day as well, petrolpeter.

Rotten AAPL?

Or did you really mean APPL?

We make sweet AAPL daily in my www.paltalk.com chatroom the TWO PERCENT CLUB.

So what can I exactly expect by joining your group other than useless gossips that I find in other chatrooms? That is, what can you offer for a day trader like me who's been in the market for longer than I care to count? If my memory serves me right, I believe I was treated as just another "noob" the last time I checked.

BTW, do you chronicle your trades in real time like I have done here? Be that as it may, whether you call it sweet or rotten, I plan to take a big chunk out of AAPL for the coming week. At any rate, I wish you luck.

niko:

We follow the AAPL trades using my "MILK THE COWS" strategy. It's a simple but profitable method that is highly profitable.

You can see the charts at www.kreslik.com in the AAPL JUICE and BUYZONE threads.

But niko, this method works better for newbies than experienced traders because newbie traders don't have anything to "add" to it. They are NOT biased. They don't have a favorite indicator they want to put on the chart. They are not inclined to improve it. Newbies just follow the rules and make money.

The statistics on the worse days are 3 out of 5 wins. It usually 7, 8, 9 or 10 out of 10.

When you plug these stats into money management matrix, you can see it's almost unfair to trade this way.

Can you lose?

Yes, of course, if you...

1) Fail to follow the simple rules

2) Are too slow

3) Are too greedy

or

4) If the "unforeseen" occurs like a stock halt, hostage situation, court order, etc...

If you doubt what I say, contact Ryan at www.efxgroup.com and ask him how it worked for him last Friday. I showed it to him during my visit Thursday to the EFX offices in Scottsdale, AZ. I think his win rate was over 80%. Others have posted their results on www.kreslik.com. Stock, futures and forex traders have been taking money using this method.

MAY ALL YOUR FILLS BE COMPLETE.

P.S. We don't gossip in the room. Many times it is dead quiet while we wait for the next trade setup.

TRO:

Thanks for the 411. First, what I meant by "gossips", I was alluding to the chat rooms in general. I will make the effort to check into your chat room when the time permits. It's hard enough to just follow the charts as it is. Nonetheless, if what you say is true--"The statistics on the worse days are 3 out of 5 wins. It usually 7, 8, 9 or 10 out of 10"--I would have to concur that's pretty damn impressive.

TRO,

If I may exercise my bragging rights, I took advantage of all three rallies (down, up, down) that took place on Friday fo this too sweet of a rotten apple. I'm not sure this would have been possible with your system. For example, the system will paint a broad stroke in terms of the direction you are to enter(long or short), but it leaves you clueless once the trade is made.

Being a ultra scalper that you are, Suppose you made a short entry on Friday morning just as the stock took a plunge below the "red" line. As a result, you made a quick profit within the next 5 minutes. But then what? The system can no longer tell you where to enter short. Moreover, since you're technically in the "red" zone, you only go short for the duration of the day--unless the damn stock moves back up above the "blue" line. But what about the time interval between 9:30-12:00 when AAPL rose from its low of the day at 92.80 all the way to 93.80? That's a figure too large for a day trader like me to easily ignore. Don't get me wrong, I value your contribution as everyone else but I think this system might require some more tweaking.

All in all, I think you have a viable system. Perhaps I'm not nuanced enough yet to interpret the price action using your system. To better understand your trading method, may I suggest that you post your trades? This way, I can get a real sense of what you were looking for that I might have otherwise missed. This is also my reason for openly posting my trades in real time and encourage others to follow suit.

Thanks for the chart, and I would love to hear back from you on any additional information.

Hi TRO,

Do you still go to Muddy's blog everyday, or, are you starting your own site at Two Percent Club? Your Club site must be new since there currently are only two members? Looking for more participants?

Hi Niko,

Congrats on taking advantage of all three rallies on this past Friday (in AAPL?). May I ask what technique, strategy or indicators did you use in order to have such a successful trading/scalping day?

Thanks, Trader_Joe

Hello Joe,

Nothing has been changed since the days we traded the S&P eMini together: a combination of Bollinger bands and Keltner channel. But more to come later. :)
