bullish/bearish match percent is above/below X%
based on the 16 bullish/bearish indicators
defghca 2/18/2003 6:27:08 PM
maybe my post was not clear enough
in Analysis summary for: stock
Bullish/Bearish Analysis Summary For: stock
there is a bullish/bearish match percent score
i would like to know which filters are used
and secondly a filter that would return
stock where bullish/bearish percent is above/below ##%

Has there ever been a study done here that shows the most productive screens, % wise, time wise, etc., and what was the result if it has been done.
Whether it be a canned screen or a developed screen?
I am fairly new at this and am looking for high percentage winning screens(aren't we all,,,LOL).

bullish indicators; i found 16
rsi(15)<30,40
rsi(5) <30,40
near lower bollinger bands(10)
near lower bollinger bands(20)
oversold fast stochastic (5,13,26,38)
more than 5% below lower bolinger band(20)
cci(14)<-100
outperforming nasdaq
outperforming dow
bullish 13/50 crossover
bulish 13/150 crossover
mass index (25) bullish reversal
the missing 2 are a candlestick pattern and a slow stochastic
anybody out there can pick up the challenge and find the two missing filters
or Tomb ? maybe can provide!!
Whilst we are on the subject, anybody vote for the bullish/bearish match percent indicator???
[show stocks where the bullish percent indicator is above 66%]

I agree a bullish percent indicator filter would be great.
The SF team that develops the filters needs input from many SF members
to respond to this request.
They have done a great job so far.
So, let's all interested SF members who want a Bullish/Bearish Percent Indicator
write in and request what would be a great filter.
Thank You
