Sign up with Ameritrade Canada, open up a US funds account and the trades are $10.99 US .

I was looking for something like that...can't believe I overlooked it!
etrade Canada is almost what I pay at my bank's account (29.99) for up-to 1000 shares, then a commission for shares above that! What a rip-off...this is an alternative scalping method where they rape me DURING the trade!!!
