I swing trade options daily. I began as a swing trader of stocks and carried it forward to trading options. All of my picks come from scans I have set up in SF. I day trade SPY, QQQ and IWM while swing trading other optionable stocks for 2 - 10 day periods. I have also taken profits to buy LEAP option due to theta being very low. That way i get the greatest bang for my buck on delta and theta is miniscule. Therefore, I can safely hold long term through dips without worry.
I don't trade strategies on options, just buying calls and puts.

The only other site I use is the free side of https://marketchameleon.com/ to look at options volume.
