clarify how much oversold...ie very, just a little, starting to be oversold, etc

It's been my experience that it is usually more profitable to look for stocks that are oversold and testing the 50 DMA as support. That is to say the stock is above the 50 DMA and has dropped during a stochastic distribution phase to test it as support.
If the stock was below the 50 DMA that is an indication of weakness and a substantial amount of energy ( buyers ) will be used up to break the 50 DMA as resistance.

Is this what you were looking for?
Show stocks where Slow Stochastic(5,3) Fast %K is below 40
and Average Volume(90) is above 100000
and close is between 1 and 250 and Price broke above MA(50) within last 2 days
