Thank you for your reply. My question was really trying to get at the root of why the syntax was incorrect. Everything I have read in the user manual and yepher's command guide indicates that this should be a valid phrase...

Sorry, I don't have exact answers why it does not work but I have observed a similar behavior when using "0" value and the "approaching" clause. Here is how I have solved the problem in the past:
Or
if you do not like the "set" syntax. you could also try:
"0" seems to be handled special by SF and sometimes causes strange things to happen !?!

Neither of these is working...I'm getting results, but histogram is decreasing in only about 50% of the resulting list...
