Hello All,
I made this Keltner Band filter...but I'm not satisfied
I would like to find stocks where the Close or stock price of a stock hits the Middle Keltner Band when the bands are in an upward trajectory. So ideally, I would like to find stocks where the set up bands are going up because of upward momentum, but there is a stock pull back (NOT a Keltner downturn) to the middle band before "hopefully" the stock bounces off the middle band and starts to return to it's upward motion.

Close is above the Upper Keltner Band(20,1.0)
and price is between 3 and 20
and volume is above 2000000
