I am trying to develop a filter that ranks the stock sectors by strength (1 mos, 3 mos, 6 mos) and then allows you to drill down into each sector to find the strongest RSI stocks in the sector. Doing this by ETF cumulative strength might be a good way?

Something to get you started.

Fetcher[
/* top 2 performing sectors this month */
Show stocks in top sectors(2,monthly)
close > 5
average volume(30) > 250000
draw RSI(14)

add column RSI(14)
add column sector
sort column 6 descending

P.S. - Thanks to nibor for helping uncover more tools for the toolbox.
