this filter is very good is money maker,buy it next day or befor close.top 3 or 4 are good for buy.for 9/26/06 i got 8 hits.1-acor-2-jlg-3-gci-4-fbn-5-ihdr-6-zlc-7-ntt-8-caty.and this is a filter for it
show stocks were CCI(14)crossed above 0 and PVI crossed above CMA(PVI,247)and PVT(20) crossed above the Average PVT(20) and Average Volume(90) is above 200000

I agree. Any filter is considered a good filter under the current bullish climate we've had lately. However, this filter does look viable although it's hardly consistent. But with so many uncertain variables baked into the equation, it's only natural that you think twice before putting ure hard earned cash on the table.
