+++++++++++++++++++++++
How can the weekly RSI(2) be below 10 AND above 30 at the same time? Do you mean daily RSI(2) below 10?
If so ...
This pulls up 17 stocks, but not AMED. Also, volumes are quite low.

M4M, breakouts like AMED and DPTR are not about RSI(2), RSI(anything) or other technical indicators. They're simply stocks breaking out of a base. When the fast money gets behind them, they launch, whether it's due to a pump and dump scheme, a hot new product, totally phony news, or no apparent cause. TA indicators won't signal when this is about to happen.
Best way I know to find them is to join Muddy's chat room. They find these stocks as they're breaking out and send instant alerts so you can get on the train. I suspect you already know this.

Link to Muddy’s website
http://www.investorsunderground.com/
They have a two week free trial. After that’s it’s about 80 to 90 per month. I joined for a while a few months ago mainly to learn what it is that momentum day traders do.
Very professional group of traders there. The_13th_Floor has posted a lot on this forum about what they do, which is day trade mainly OTCBB stocks, penny stocks, using momentum methods. Watch for breakouts, get on board, get off before everyone else does. If you search this site under his name, you’ll find quite a bit of info about it.
They run scans the night before, provide you with a pre-market list of stocks to watch, then during market hours, provide real time info on what stocks are running. Muddy has a knack for finding them and knows these stocks very well. Almost 1000 members at this point and many members contribute to what's running.
They also provide online webinars several times a month and will teach you how they trade and what to do. They do everything except manage individual trades for you; that’s up to you.
If I was a day trader trading these types of stocks, I would definitely want to be trading with them, not against them.
This site also has related info but I’m not sure it’s actively updated anymore. I think this is 13th Floor’s website. There are links here to some of Muddy’s filters and some very good explanations about what they do.
