I think the URL from ladoody should read

NOTE: You need to remove the space between "forum&" and "sub=" after you paste it into your browser. (The browser substitites 'andpersand(&)sub' with some funky character...)
It points to the General Discussion thread entitled "cegis, your the best so", which is a discussion of flags and a filter to find them.
