can i write a filter where the distance between +dmi and -dmi is 40 or more for ex the green line is +25 and the red dmi is - 25. i want to catch stock that run up too much and are ready for a short. thank you

actually, "nice" is an understatement.
that's a HELLUVA short filter!

I just backtested it for 2 days ago, and the little darling of Xmas '09 trading was on there ... ATHX.
