I am using the current filter and as of this morning, all it returns is INTC but there should be many other stocks meeting this criteria. One such example is the stock MO. It clearly meets all of the requirements but is not one of the filters results. Can someone help figure out what I am doing wrong? Thanks
Price > EMA(6)
Price < EMA(45)
RSI(14) has been below 60 within the last 15 days
Exchange is not OTCBB
exchange is not ETF
exchange is not AMEX
volume is above 1,000,000
price is between 15 and 2000
Historical Volatility(100,1) is below 65

Volume is not above 1,000,000 very early in the trading day
so I've changed it to Average Volume is above 1,000,000
