I read the book ages ago of course-Secrets of the underground trader-by Yu and Lockhhart-.
Has a thing their on avoiding head fakes ( Pages 9 and 10) by using this indicator. The idea is on his eminis he sets up
3 minute ma charts along with 3 minute stochastic charts then he adds the 3-shift indicator to his 3ma XYZ chart. When xyz breaks out of consolidation crosses above 5ma you get 1 to 3 minute heads up before brunt of the volume. Well aware of all this. What I dont know is what parameters we set for this 3ema shifted-3. That dash I assume means minus. Can
you explain thie please. Thank you Tro.
