Better results seem to occur when short is placed under low of the day of trigger.
Example: AMLP - 2011Oct14 - short below 15.56 would have kept you from losing money when the stock kept its strength (continued going up). Same with NDN (same date).
Question would be, How many pennies below low to use?

took a second look at the filter...
Try to reduce whipsaws :
1. short : order placed below low - 0.03 of trigger day
2. long : order placed above high + 0.03 of trigger day
This means missed entries as the trade-off.
Exit :
Something that I struggle with.
- Perhaps someone could make a recommendation.
