Regarding a method used by a well known chartist, I need help writing a scan to find tall candles, shadows included, to be 146% or more than the 22 day candle height average. This will many times signal a minor low or minor high reversal point. Any help would be much appreciated.

atr (1) > 146% above atr (22)
