Thought I would throw this out there, for those Raghee Horner fans.
Let me know what you think, or if you have any suggestions to better tweak.
Basically, the methodology is that there are 3 EMAs (High, Low, Close).
Buy on a pullback to the EMA34(high). Stop goes on the EMA34(Low) (or use whatever you feel comfortable with).

Thoughts...for what they're worth...
Looking at the patterns, ETFs will always see-saw from a dip to a rise; they key here would (perhaps, to borrow an expression from Four) the best approach would be to determine the average increase over a set period of time (a week, for example) and plan to trigger a sell when that's reached...
