I've been playing with this filter, but I'm sure it could be improved.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
This filter seems to show promise.
Fetcher[show stocks where rvi(4,2) crossed above 80
and price is below 5
and volume is above 500000
and cci(4) has been increasing for 1 day
and date offset 0]



I added the CCI because I read it's a leading indicator
and supposed to show uptrend before the price. I'm I correct in
assuming that?
