This only picks 1 or two stocks over a several week period. It needs work but I thought I would put this out for comment or improvement.

Show stocks where volume gained more than 100 percent over the last 5 days
and Average Volume(90) is above 50000
and where price has been increasing over the last 5 days
and close is between 1 and 250
and where the RSI(15) is below 40

If you remove the RSI component it is a fairly good filter with lots of good results. I'm trying to improve on the 1st part of the filter.
