This is not complicated, however, one the MA's have an offset.
Looking for a script that will show stocks where:
2 period SMA crosses the 3 period SMA, but the 3 period SMA has an offset of 3.
R U gents familiar with offsets?

And here is the offset definition, not sure if you had it:
The “Offset” field allows you to slide the Moving Average backwards or forwards in time, in one time
period steps. A value of zero means do not slide it at all. A value of one means to calculate the
Moving Average, but slide it forward one time period when it is displayed. The Moving Average
value will be the same, it will just be slid forward.
