I don't know about filters that throw out good money after bad, but I do know traders who habitually crank out profits in excess of $1,000 ― day in and day out. I'm told that their so-called litmus test is to make a daily gain of mere 1% of their capital, which is prolly not less than $100,000. And, yes, they proudly brand themselves as daytraders.

Just trade the stocks from my FADING THE GAP FILTER that fill the gap 80% of the time or better and you can make $1000 within the first 30 minutes of market open... SIMPLE!
Just FADE THE GAP!

On a day like this, not to mention the entire month of May, when the market is beaten into a bloody pulp, it's relatively easy to meet ure goal of $1,000 per day (unless you suffer from a chronic knee-jerk reaction to fade the market).

All made money if you faded the gap.
