Hey guys Im new to creating filters, i was wondering if one of you guys could create this and i dont even know if it is possible, but here are my parameters

First one is to go long on stocks,
Price must be above 200 Ema
MACD is crossing for the buy signal
but the MACD Histogram level must be below zero

And for selling,
Price must be below 200 EMA
MACD Crossing Sell signal
MACD histogram level must be above Zero
