Hello I am trying to make a filter that shows when the histogram turns from decreasing to increasing...
something like increasing over the past day but decreasing 2 days ago...

This will probably not be all that helpful in your trading, unless you are planning to enter and exit quickly. If so, you should be looking at intraday data instead.
However, try this:

I'm looking to see when a negative histogram starts to turn more positive. (yet still below 0)
