Can someone help me create a filter showing how many times in 100 days has a stock shown reading of < 30 on RSI(14) and then gone above RSI(14) 70 to give positive results.

Thanks four but what I am looking for is that when it went below 30 then how many times did it pass 70 to know if the stock has potential.
