OK I am totally new to using filters so bear with my stupidity. I read about Riggs' filter and if I understand it correctly it brought back 3000 stocks with possible uptrends in the near future. I copied his filter and put it into my filters and started a search. It turned up 18 stocks...not 3000+. What is the play on the filter? Are the stocks poised for a bounce the following day or does it happen a few days out. Thanks for the help on my remedial question.
