Show stocks between $3 to $10. . .(use what price you want)
Relative Strength Indicator (RSI) higher than that from 5 days ago.
Closing price is higher than the average in the past 30 days.
Volume at least 120% of that from the last 2 months
Average volume for the last 2 months at least 100,000 shares
Price today higher than 30 day average
Price today higher than in the last 3 weeks
This is a version of Stan Weinstein's TC-2000 Filter for finding breakouts, any help is appreciated. No copywrited filters Please! I will be testing members filters and providing feedback from time to time in this Discussion Thread. Thanks in Advance. txtrapper

Thanks murknd for providing the great filter above, first hit on this new filter on 9/11/2003 is DROOY and it's breaking out of a 4 month consolidation with high volume phase II. To follow me on this you must pull up a 3year/weekly chart to see the breakouts clearly.
