This filter finds stocks that gapped up this morning.
How do I find ALL the gap ups that occurred in the last 60 days?

OR
Now, SUPPOSE, in the last 60 trading days, BIDU or RIMM gapped up 10 times .....
(doesn't work)

give me stocks that gapped up at least 10 times in the last 60 days.

I think you want the GAP STATISTICS FILTER.
That one shows how many times a stock gapped up/down in the last 100 dayys and how many times the gaps were filled along with the min/max/avg gap.
