  Hello

I am looking for a filter that is most likely to get at least $1 positive price movement in 1 day. Which filter here would churn out the highest chance of this happening, regardless of market conditions?

This isn't exactly what you are looking for, but I don't know if I've ever seen so many greens without a red. It's just nice to look at.

(sorry, I missed two reds on the 2nd page. 71 green vs. 2 red)

Tweak as needed. Not exactly what you are after, but I use it for the stocks with a large trading range. Add a phrase for positive price movement / change market(s) and you are set.

show stocks where the day range is above 1%
 and Average Volume(90) above 8000000
 and Close above 20
 and market is nasdaq

it's simply not that easy is it?

If you could do this 15 times a month with 1,000 shares you would be making what about $140,000 per annum....(2,000 shares $280,000 p.a and so on )(some losses put in)

But in real life......it simply is not straight forward.

My "guess" and I stand to be corrected is you will not find a method more than 50% correct (applies to about all methods) So do you profits exceed your losses?

"Jumper" is the number of days the stock's day range was $1 or more during the last 30 trading days.
