Was this filter set to find and play bulish stocks or shorting, I was in the public filters. first one under technical indicators. developed by "Training Academy"

Show stocks where high reached a new 1 year high
and Average Volume(90) is above 50000
and close is between 30 and 250
and Close above EMA(4)
and Close above EMA(9)
and Close above EMA(18)
