Can anyone come up with a filter that shows stocks 1)price under 5.00 2)Avg Volume (30) over 250000 3) Must make a new 90 day high, but not making a 90 day high in the previous 90 days 4)Must make a 90 day high w/100% volume increase from the previous day 5)Must break and close above upper Bollinger Band (20).This set up does not happen everyday, but when it does, good things happen.Thanks,Mike.........

This is a filter to find stocks that are making new high after recent ones , right?
When do you scan with this filter after market close, o4 after market open?
Thanks
