1. we will have massive deflation
2. dow will go back <7000
3. gold and silver will still keep droping like a rock(The gold indexes are at a 12 year monthly rsi 2 low of 3.3% and the smart money is selling slv and gld off big time >many block sells 1-5 million shares
4. cash will be king(the $ will go up big time)
5. things will be really cheap like 1931(because no jobs-no money >no one to buy goods to support the economy)
6.Interest rates will sky rocket again because of extreme tight money

I wouldn't be surprised.
LQQK what SDS did on Friday.
THAT, IMHO, was VERY scary, and did not bode well for the stock market.
I hope you're wrong -- but you could be right.
I just watched the President's press conference re: sequestration -- the layoffs, the paycuts, the military cuts - Obama said it's bad for business.
And frankly, what's "bad for business" .. is bad for our economy.
These are indeed incertain, unpredictable times.

1. More appropriate in the "General Discussion" catgegory.
2. The US has learned how to avoid deflation -- the Fed will print more money. Hurray for Bernanke!
3. This recent article is a good explanation of what is happening and why the price of gold has been falling:
