To reiterate what others have said. What you are looking for is not a 70% or better win rate but a high Pay Off Ratio (Win $ vs Loss $). Yeah, it looks cool to say you have a 90% Win Loss Ratio but it's a meaningless number. What counts is the $ you keep at the end of the day/week/month/year and that's from the Pay Off Ratio.
I'm happy with a 50% Win Loss but I want a 3.5 to 1 or better Pay Off Ratio.
All of which is to say, in trading you have to learn how to eat your young...

I have to agree with dickysofa,the bottom line is,whats the profit at the end of the day.Money management separates the winners from the losers.Given the same set of instructions for a 100% win/loss ratio,most people won't follow them and end up losing money.Sound hard to believe,it isn't..........
