I have the following filter:
-----
shows stocks where close equals high
and share price is greater than 8
and share price is less than 51
and average volume(50) is greater than 300000
and close is less than 2% below 52 week high
-----
I get stocks where the close is above the 52 week high. Not sure why this is the case. Suggestions?

Look at the break on ATML, classic!

Oh,neat, look at the little green dot for the 52 week high, quick reference, how interesting!
RFMD sitting at 52 week high, second attempt, watch the 3rd one, might be good!
Sorry, got carried away, back on dayshift, nothing to do at night anymore!

WHMC Just add the following line to your scan to eliminate all selections above the 52 week high
and close is below 52 week high
