I'm not entirely sure - there usually is an announcement somewhere on their web site ahead of this event. I would also look at the message board on yahoo - there typically is someone posting a warning there about a week ahead of time.

PWER looking like a sexy swing this week. Great chart. Good chance for a decent breakout.

Yeah, I'm in 3.45. Tried 3.39 and 3.40, missed it. 52s are at 3.70, so there's good chance we could see $4 by Friday if the market keeps its head up this week.

Kevin,
What are your thoughts on using call long call options on the bullish picks instead of buying the stock? . Wouldn't the option allow you to leverage your $ ? Any thoughts?
I think I read you are using 401k money so that would make sense but I would be interested in how you think this system would apply to option plays.
Thanks,
Troy

I guess I would look at how it played out over a few weeks to see if it correlates. Good idea though.

PWER still strong today. Hopefully we'll see a breakout for 52s here in the next day. Thanks!

Hi Kevin,
I've been reading this column "silently" and decided to come out of the closet. I'm amazed at the algorithms you've come
up with. I'm curious how you were able to backtest the filter, since you only want to go in at the opening price on Monday, or
theoretically on a later day in the week as long as your cost is less than opening price and a price 5 percent higher has not since triggered.
How can I set the backtesting to only trigger on Mondays at Monday's opening price?
Thanks
Serge

Both of the top 2 ranked stocks for this week hit their 5% target - ZLC and APWR.
